Free Meet & Greet

Service Description

With each new booking, I offer a free meet and greet. This is so we can get to know each other and I can understand your pets needs and requirements. It gives your pet a chance to meet me before the booking takes place. This helps them feel more comfortable with someone entering their home who they aren't used to. I will work through a checklist with you to ensure a thorough understanding is gained so that your pet has the best and safest experience possible. I pride myself on ensuring I understand your pets personality traits, their hiding places etc so that the visit runs as smoothly as possible and your pet is comforted. If your pet needs medication its also a great opportunity to show me this in detail. This is also a perfect time to handover a key so that I can gain access. Keys are stored in a locked box and do not have any direct personal or address identifiers attached to them. We can discuss how you would like the key to be returned. If your booking is a one off I recommend that the key is posted through the letterbox on my final visit. For regular bookings that require a key, I recommend that I am a keyholder. I am insured as a key holder. These meet and greets usually last between 15-30 minutes. If you wanted a longer meet and greet so you and your pet can get to know me even more, this can be arranged at cost (usually he cost of the service you are booking. Paid trial walks with owners can also be arranged.
